Who we are
The Company is a sole trading house of Primeore Group established to run and manage the international trading activities of the Group. The company deals with manganese ore, ferroalloys, met coke and coal as well as conducts other trade-related operations like chartering, freighting, insurance etc. The Company has inherited manganese trading business from its parent company Primeore Ltd. and since that time expanded its products portfolio by adding thereto ferroalloys, met coke and coal and onboarded customers from steel and met coke industry as well as built out sound relations with manganese ore consumers.
We value everything we do and every counterparty we deal with. We are convinced that the way we achieve the goals and goals & results themselves are equally important. With that conviction in mind we pursue our goals with paying careful attention to interests of all compeers involved directly as well as interests of other stakeholders that may casually be affected in course.
Our external mission stands for helping and encouraging our partners and customers to become more effective and efficient because as per our honest belief the more efficient and successful our customers and partners are the easier can we reach our own goals and become more successful. Our internal mission consists in creating value for our shareholders as this is a backbone of management/shareholders relations. However, we do not think that sustainability in this realm may be achieved without excelling on our external mission.

Notwithstanding that the company is a relatively young business we are happy to note that we for this relatively short time we achieved a lot all due to carefully considered and duly implemented strategy, dedication to our customers’ success and prosperity and amazing team work. The Company has been working hard to enhance its products and services portfolio so that any and all customers could find the widest spectrum of solutions for their businesses at one point
The Company is dedicated to delivering key commodities for ferroalloy, steel and metcoke industries worldwide, as we do understand how quality such key components affect quality of the final products and overall effectiveness of production, we pay close attention to the quality of the products delivered and all other aspects of our offer.
The products are delivered on various terms and conditions and as a pre-condition to that the company is arranging various trade-related services like chartering, freighting, insurance, finance.
Notwithstanding that the company is a relatively young business we are happy to note that we for this relatively short time we achieved a lot all due to carefully considered and duly implemented strategy, dedication to our customers’ success and prosperity and amazing team work.
