KATOWICE, POLAND – January 15, 2020

After a couple of years of cooperation and experience consolidation, Primeore Trading (Polska) Sp. z o.o. has made a resultative and acute re-design of its coal supplies offer to ferroalloys plants. As a result, as of the date the coal products offer has become more diverse and currently the Group is delivering various types of coal used in many ferroalloys manufacturing sub-processes.

For example, in one case the Group delivers three grades of the coal products that are used separately as (1) directly as a chemical and heating agent in melting processes, (2) as a component for electrode manufacturing and (3) as a component for ore granulation processes.

Consequently, expansion of the product offer had resulted in growth of this trading sector revenue and increase of customers’ satisfaction and loyalty which are rather important indicators the Group pays attention to.
